About
Chris developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age, primarily through canoeing and fishing the boundary waters of Minnesota and Canada. His deep love for nature and wildlife led him to attend the University of Montana in Missoula. Throughout most of his adult life, Chris has dedicated his time to exploring the rivers and mountains of the West, often with a fly rod in hand. Chris first visited McCarthy in 2007, an experience that left an indelible impression on him. When he’s not assisting others in planning their perfect Alaska adventure, you can find him strumming his guitar, searching for wildlife through his camera lens, or playing with his Chocolate Labrador, Cheyenne.
