Marlon (aka GNARMAR) was born in the great lakes of Minnesota and grew up playing hockey, snowboarding, and working with his family’s construction business. He discovered rafting on the majestic rivers of Idaho. For over two decades, he has been climbing mountains and floating rivers worldwide, which brought him to Alaska. “The challenging environment of Alaska rewards you with its pristine wilderness and beauty!” When he’s not on adventures, he enjoys operating heavy equipment, building houses, cooking a steak to temperature, and fully living.
